Rates: Effective January 2008 $ 109.00 ~ $155.00 per night/per room plus tax, double occupancy.

We accept American Express, Master Card and Visa for the 50% deposit. For final Balance we except the above credit cards and travlers checks or cash.


Policies

When a reservation is made 50% of the total room amount due will be charged to your credit card. If you wish to pay the balance by check or cash you must let us know at least 3 days before your arrival or your credit card will be charged.

Cancellations

Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations regardless of the reason must be made 14 days prior to stay, for a refund. The deposit, less a $35 processing fee, will be refunded.

Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit and the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card. If we are able to rebook the room(s) you will receive a full refund minus the $35 processing fee.

A change in reservation date with less than 14 days notice will result in a $35 processing fee.

Check-In: 3PM - 5PM
Check-Out: 11AM

Coffee ready at 8am. A full hot breakfast will be served in the Dining Room at 9AM (Please let us know any Special Dietary Requirements when reservation is made)

Directions:

Two Harbors, MN is 20 miles north of Duluth, MN. As you enter Two Harbors on 7th Avenue/Highway 61, turn south (at the Dairy Queen) onto Waterfront Drive to South Avenue (7Blocks). Turn east (left) onto South Avenue. Continue 3 blocks to 3rd Street, turn south (right) for 2 blocks. At the " Y " (paved to the right, gravel to the left), stay left on the gravel driveway to the LightHouse. Ring the bell on back door.
